In a shocking study, graduates from some of the most inexpensive HBCUs receive the highest starting salaries. On HBCU Lifestyles list Top 10 Starting Average Salaries at HBCUs, graduates from Prairie View A&M University come in at No. 1. Students paid $4,062 annually for tuition only to graduate with an average starting salary of almost $50,000.
