What’s Happening in the Jordan Davis Case?

Michael Dunn was sentenced to life without parole Friday (Oct. 17) in the first-degree murder of Jordan Davis, a 17-year-old African-American, in November 2012. A jury found him guilty in the shooting Wednesday (Oct. 1). In February, he was found guilty of three counts of attempted second-degree murder, but a mistrial was declared on the first-degree murder charge.
