Prosecutor Calls Dunn’s Actions Premeditated

Florida State Prosecutor Angela Corey asked Maria Pagan, a law enforcement department analyst, if it takes a “conscious effort” for a shooter to fire a second-round of bullets. Pagan’s testimony supported the prosecutors claim that Dunn’s decision to shoot was premeditated. Florida Department of Law Enforcement analyst Sukhan Warf testified that Davis had no drugs or alcohol in his body. (Photo: AP Photo/The Florida Times-Union, Bob Mack, Pool)
