Opening Statements: Prosecutor Says Jordan Did Not Threaten Dunn

Opening statements began Feb. 6. Assistant State Prosecutor John Guy said that Jordan Davis did not pose a threat to Michael Dunn. "The only thing he had on his person was a cellphone and a pocket knife. They stayed in his pocket," he said. Guy said Dunn went to a hotel after shooting Jordan. (Photo: AP Photo/Bob Mack, Pool)
