Officer Previously Accused of Racial Profiling - Many are outraged by McKinney, Texas, Officer David Eric Casebolt, who was caught on camera dragging an African-American teenage girl wearing a bathing suit to the ground outside of a pool party. Many wondered why the cop had to use such force on a 15-year-old girl during the incident Friday.
