White House Shooter Charged With Attempted Assassination
The Secret Service reported gunfire near Constitution Avenue and 16th Street, about one block away from the White House, on Nov. 11. An assault rifle and an abandoned vehicle were left behind, which led authorities to Oscar Ramiro Ortega-Hernandez, 21, the suspected shooter.
