Cheers at Graduation Ceremony Land Mom in Cuffs

While graduation season is typically one of celebration, too much celebrating has gotten some parents in trouble with the law. One South Carolina mom was recently arrested for cheering too loudly at her daughter’s high school graduation. "I am still living in shock," Cooper told msnbc.com. "It all seems like a bad dream, a nightmare of what was to be one of the happiest days of our lives. I cheered for my baby and I got the cuffs."
