Zimmerman's Attorney Won't Use "Stand Your Ground" Law
In another twist, Zimmerman's lawyer Mark O'Mara announced on Monday that he will seek a traditional self-defense filing over Florida's controversial "Stand Your Ground" law because he said Zimmerman did not retreat from the beating he allegedly sustained from Trayvon the night of the shooting.
