Police Rule Chavis Carter Death a Suicide
Suspicions continue to arise over how 21-year-old Chavis Carter of Arkansas was able to shoot himself in the head while handcuffed in the back of a squad car last week. Although the officers searched Carter twice before the shooting, they claim he shot himself with a gun he had concealed on his person while they questioned the two other suspects.
