North Carolina ACLU Launches Racial Profiling Forum

In response to a recent study that found Black drivers were 77 percent more likely to be stopped and searched by police in North Carolina, the state's branch of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) is calling for anyone who feels they were victimized to share their experience (click here to download a complaint form). The new campaign is geared toward raising awareness and fostering community-based solutions.
