Segregation Remains in America's Schools

Despite declining residential segregation for Black families and the increase of Blacks moving to the suburbs, “school segregation remains very high for Black students,” according to a new report from the Department of Education and an analysis by the Civil Rights Project at the University of California Los Angeles.
