In an interview corresponding with the 10-year anniversary of the D.C. sniper attacks, shooter Lee Boyd Malvo expressed remorse for the 10 people he killed in a shooting spree that terrorized the D.C. area for 21 days in 2002, asking victims to try to move on with their lives. Malvo, now 27, is serving a life sentence.
