Suspect in Wisconsin Salon Shooting Had Criminal History
Police say Radcliffe Franklin Haughton, the man suspected of a shooting spree at a Wisconsin salon where his wife worked on Oct. 21, had a history of domestic abuse and was arrested just weeks prior for slashing his wife's tires. Three people were killed, including his wife, Zina Haughton, and four others were injured before Haughton took his own life.
