Boston Bombing Suspect Charged
Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was charged with using a weapon of mass destruction in the Boston Marathon bombings and could face the death penalty. Officials also believe Tsarnaev and his brother were motivated by the wars on Iraq and Afghanistan to act out the attacks.
