Trayvon Martin’s Parents Send Letter to Parents of 8-Year-Old

Martin Richard, 8, was killed in the Boston Marathon bombings. A friend of Martin’s teacher posted a photo of him holding a sign reading, “No more hurting people. Peace,” that he made in class after a lesson about the killing of Trayvon Martin by George Zimmerman. Trayvon’s parents wrote their condolences after hearing of the connection to their son.
