Temar Boggs Becomes Hero for Finding Missing 5-Year-Old

Temar Boggs, a 15-year-old from Lancaster, Pennsylvania heard 5-year-old Jocelyn Rojas was missing. Boggs and his friend hopped on their bikes to go looking for her. Boggs chased down a vehicle he spotted turn around when it got near police officers. After, Boggs made eye contact with the driver, the man let the little girl out the car.
