Black Jersey City Student Sent Racist Texts to Himself

A 16-year-old African-American Jersey City student, who was running for president of St. Peter’s Prep’s student council in May, was found to have sent racist text messages to himself. “We have NEVER and will NEVER have a (n-word) to lead our school," was one of the messages. He was elected vice president, but no longer attends the school.
