An 18-Year-Old Becomes U.K.'s Youngest Lawyer

Breaking scholastic records is a habit for Gabrielle Turnquest. The youngest person to graduate from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia, at 16, Turnquest, now 18, is now the youngest person to pass the Bar of England and Wales exam. “I am honored to be the youngest person to pass the Bar exams but, really, I was not aware at the time what the average age was,” she told The Telegraph. “I didn’t fully realize the impact of it.”(Photo: Courtesy The University of Law)
