Lawyer Wants Retrial in Antonio Santiago Murder Case

Kevin Gough, the public defender of De’Marquise Elkins, who was convicted of murder in the shooting of a Georgia toddler, is asking for a retrial in the case. Gough says Elkins did not receive a fair trial because he was blocked from presenting certain evidence and no Black jurors were part of deciding the verdict.
