University Library Denies Student Laptop for Being Gay

A Florida Atlantic University student says a librarian did not allow him to borrow a laptop this past Wednesday because he is gay. "She looked down at the ID, and said, ’You sound, look, and act like a girl and in this ID is a man, therefore I’m not giving you a laptop,’” said Abdul Asquith. After asking three different librarians, he was finally given the laptop. (Photo: Courtesy of wcsh6.com)
