Waitress Said Hooters Banned Her from Wearing Blonde Highlights

Farryn Johnson, former waitress of Hooters in Baltimore, has filed a charge of discrimination against the restaurant for allegedly firing her for wearing blonde highlights in her hair. She said white and Asian employees were allowed to color their manes. Johnson added that Black employees who wanted to wear their hair curly were told they had to straighten it or lose their jobs.  (photo: courtesy of Hooters)
