Black Waitress Gets $10,000 After Being Called N-Word

Toni Jenkins, a waitress from Tennessee who received the n-word on her tip receipt last month has received $10,000 from a fund called “Tips for Toni.” A California man created an online fundraiser in which people donated after the story went viral.
