Four Bikers Charged in Attack on SUV Driver

Robert Sims, 35, Reggie Chance, 37, Christopher Cruz, 28, Craig Wright, 29, are four motorcycle bikers who have been charged in attacking a driver of an SUV on Sept. 29 in New York City. Alexian Lien bumped into biker Christopher Cruz, who swerved in front of Lien’s car and stopped. Other bikers surrounded his SUV. Lien then ran over Edwin Mieses Jr., whose spine and legs were broken.
