NYC Police Stop-and-Frisk Numbers Down

There were 80 percent fewer stop-and-frisk searches carried out by NYPD officers in July, August and September of this year compared to the same time last year. The department has reportedly recovered fewer weapons and made fewer arrests since the federal ruling that the controversial law unfairly targeted minorities. (Photo: REUTERS/Eduardo Munoz)
