Black History Museum Installs Two New Artifacts

Two artifacts from America’s segregated past will be on display at the Smithsonian’s National Museum of African American History and Culture when it opens in 2015. A segregated Southern Railway car from 1922 and a prison tower from Angola, the Louisiana State Penitentiary, were installed in the museum Sunday. (Photo: AP Photo/Cliff Owen)
