Worst: Department Store Discrimination - Barney's and Macy's came under fire this year for blatantly discriminating against their Black clientele and then dragging their feet to apologize. The department stores, who are being sued by the customers they falsely accused of credit card fraud, ultimately did issue a mea culpa (thanks to urging from Jay Z, who has a deal with Barney's) and led a "special forum" to discuss racial profiling. Let's hope the new year will bring more openmindedness on top of the overpriced couture. (Photo: AP Photo/Frank Franklin II, File)
