Macy’s Subpoenaed by NYC’s Human Rights Commission

Macy’s has been subpoenaed by New York City’s Human Rights Commission for not submitting a report of their theft-prevention programs, following allegations of racial profiling against the store. Bloomingdale’s, Old Navy and Banana Republic also did not respond to the city’s requests, according to the New York Post. (Photo by Stephen Chernin/Getty Images)
