Ali Amin Saleh, a convenience store owner, has filed a lawsuit against the city of Miami Gardens alleging a long history of police abuse and racial profiling against his Black customers and employees near his business. Earl Sampson, 28, who worked at Saleh’s Quikstop, has been arrested 62 times by police for trespassing at the store where he works as a clerk.
