West Virginia Under Federal Emergency

Panicking West Virginia residents have emptied the shelves of supermarkets today to buy bottled water after being told not to drink from the tap today. The federal government declared the state under federal emergency after a chemical spill in the Elk River contaminated the Kanawha Valley water system.
