Teacher Caught Dragging a Student Through a Hallway

A principal at a Connecticut elementary school was caught on camera dragging a kindergartner out of a classroom by the leg in spring 2012. An administrator said Friday that Principal Carmen Perez Dickson should have been fired and not suspended for six months. She will be returning to work as a principal next month at another school. (Photo: courtesy NBC New York)
