'Hood Disease' Holds Inner-City Youth Back, Study Says

Inner-city youth cannot focus on their studies as 30 percent suffer from a more complex form of post-traumatic stress, called "hood disease," doctors of Harvard have said. Food insecurity is also an issue that triggers stressors for these students, CBS San Francisco reports.
