Minneapolis Bar’s Dress Code Called ‘Racist’

"It's the new Jim Crow being enforced in a colorblind way," Michelle Horovitz, told Fox 9 News. Bar Louie, located in Uptown Minneapolis, Minnesota, is rubbing some the wrong way with a sign that lists several items of clothing as banned from their establishment. Flat-billed hats, large chains, sleeveless under shirts and excessively baggy clothing are mentioned. "You might as well say, 'No black folks allowed," she continued.
