Mother Who Abandoned Baby 'Needs Help' Family Says

The family of Frankea Dabbs who abandoned her baby girl on a subway platform at the Columbus Circle station, says she "needs help." After a court hearing Tuesday she lashed out at Jay Z. "“Tell Shawn Corey Carter that I said ‘F--- him. Piece of s---.’," she said according to the NY Daily News. She then entered a train alone. Dabbs is charged with a felony. She is on the run from North Carolina, after being evicted from her stepdad's home last week.
