Abducted Philadelphia Woman Found - Philadelphia officials say Carlesha Freeland Gaither has been found and is back home with her family. The 22-year-old's abduction was captured on a surveillance video. Delvin Barnes, 37, who has been accused of abducting her, is being held in a dentention center in Baltimore, CNN reports. Gaither was forced into a vehicle as she walked home from a party late Sunday night. Police also say her ATM card was used Tuesday after she went missing. Man Arrested in Delaware State University Shooting - Marshawn Fotner, 25, has been arrested in connection with the shooting of a Delaware State University student at a parking lot of an off-campus residence hall. Police issued a warrant for the arrest of another person tied to the incident.
