On 4 p.m. Sunday, four officers were monitoring an area and were responding to an argument and alleged possession of open alcoholic beverage issue. In 2005, he was stopped by three officers and was shot 28 times, according to MSNBC. Morgan says the officers were being belligerent. Borgata Criticized for Controversial MLK Jr. Menu - Some believe the Borgota casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey, went too far by naming a special menu after Dr. King that included fried chicken, collard greens and macaroni and cheese. The restaurant says they chose the foods based on King's tastes that were well-documented, NBC reports. "She [restaurant manager] did research and came up with an authentic recipe.
