ATLANTA -- Nationally syndicated radio host Steve Harvey has been busy writing books, hosting “Family Feud”, hosting his own show on Centric and going on tour with Gospel star Kirk Franklin. However, he and his wife Marjorie Harvey have managed to stay active in the community.

They started the “Steve Harvey Big Turkey Give," which will provide 10,000 turkeys nationwide to needy families and senior citizens for the holiday season through the “Steve Harvey Morning Show.” The Harveys personally handed out 500 turkeys at the Adamsville Recreation Center in Atlanta on Tue, Nov. 23.

BET News caught up with the Harveys and they told us about staying humble, the importance of giving back, and Steve Harvey getting down in the kitchen for Thanksgiving.
