Charles Wardlow, 18, Jason Mitchell, 19, and Venjah Hunte, 20, appeared in court through videoconference from the Miami-Dade County jail Tuesday.  The fourth suspect, 17-year-old Eric Rivera, is being processed through juvenile  court.

All four are charged with murder, home invasion with a firearm or another deadly weapon and armed burglary after allegedly breaking into Taylor's Miami house last week and allegedly shooting him in the femoral artery when he confronted them carrying a machete.

Taylor was buried on Monday.

It's alleged that Rivera was the trigger man. Sources involved with the case report that a fifth suspect is still being sought.
