Posted May 12, 2008 – You only get one chance to have your senior prom, but one Texas high school senior will never know because she never made it inside.

Instead of Marche Taylor having her prince charming take her away in a limo, she was taken away by police in handcuffs.
School officials, who weren't feeling Taylor's skimpy prom dress, said it violated a school dress code and told her to bounce.
"She [a school official] shook her head; she was like you are not getting into this prom,” Taylor told KHOU-TV in Houston. “We were arguing back and forth because I wanted to know why I can't get into my prom.”
Taylor said that even after she told the official she'd cover up more the official denied her entrance. That's when the argument jumped off.
Taylor said that she told the school official to give her money back if she couldn't get in. At that point, the argument went from bad to really ugly; that's when police got involved and led Taylor away.
