Unlike the popular McDonald’s jingle, one Florida woman wasn’t lovin’ it. When Latreasa Goodman found out the McDonald’s ran out of McNuggets after she’d already paid for a 10-piece, she called 911 – three times.

And with each call she insisted the McNugget shortage was an urgent matter, reports Florida TV station WPTV.

“This is an emergency. If I would have known they didn’t have McNuggets, I wouldn’t have given my money, and now she wants to give me a McDouble, but I don’t want one,” Goodman, 27, told officers later. “I called 911 because I couldn’t get a refund, and I wanted my McNuggets,” she said.

After the cashier informed Goodman they’d run out of nuggets, she asked for her money back. The cashier refused, telling her that the sale was final.

The cashier told police she’d offered to give her a larger portion of food to make up for not having the nuggets, but Goodman just got angrier, yelling, “I don’t want a McDouble and small fry!”

After each of her calls to 911, dispatchers told Goodman that an officer was on the way. And when they arrived she didn’t back down. “Goodman maintained the attitude ‘this is an emergency, my McNuggets are an emergency,’” says the police report.

McDonald's issued a statment saying, "We apologize for the inconvenience caused.  We will be sending the customer her refund, along with an invitation to return for her original order, on us."  The fast-food restaurant also said it never wants to disappoint a McNugget's fan and Goodman should have been offered her full refund.
