In an increasingly female-driven professional world, one Black woman knows all the power moves for personal presentation.

Veteran newspaper columnist and radio show host Curtrise Garner has written the first book on etiquette designed to appeal to contemporary urban readers.

"The New Rules of Etiquette: A Young Woman's Guide to Style and Poise at Work, at Home and on the Town" gives expert insight about everything from proper dress and table manners to hosting special guests in private affairs.

An HBCU grad, Garner draws from her years of experience in the corporate world and operating at various levels in the community.
