Clinton to Become a Sigma?

Published July 10, 2009

If former President Bill Clinton is inducted into Phi Beta Sigma, as has been widely reported, he would become the first ex-commander in chief to become a member of the historically Black Greek-lettered fraternity.

Examiner.com, citing sources within the service organization, said that members of Phi Beta Sigma voted to include several people in their ranks during their National Conclave, which is being held in New Orleans this week.

The Rev. Al Sharpton is also expected to be inducted, Examiner.com reports.
