NBA Live 10 Gets Some Brand New Shoes

Published December 30, 2009

If fast breaks, crossovers, and poster-worthy dunks are your idea of a good time, then you’ve been playing Electronic Arts, NBA Live 10 non-stop. With innovative new features like Dynamic DNA and the overhauled gameplay including improved player AI, NBA Live has really stepped its game up.

Not content to rest on its laurels, EA Sports decided to show the legions of NBA Live fanatics some appreciation. On December 19, the company released some bonus downloaded content on Xbox Live. Dubbed the “Holiday DLC Shoe Pack”, the new content features, you guessed, a plethora of new footwear to show off your favorite players’ fancy footwork.

While some of the new additions are merely color variants, there are plenty of kicks in the collection that will have even the pickiest sneaker head drooling including the Nike Huarache Legions, Nike Air Max LeBron VIIs, and the Jordon 2010s. The new kicks should go great with all the throwback jerseys, tats, and other cool content already present in the game.

If you’re a PlayStation 3 owner and wondering why EA hasn’t shown you any DLC love, never fear, your shoe-laden pack should be hitting the PlayStation Network sooner than later. Until then, keep hitting those threes and showing good hustle and we’ll see you at the championships.
