DJ Dies - Baltimore DJ Khia Edgerton, also known as "K-Swift," was pronounced dead early Monday morning after diving into an above-ground pool at her Baltimore home with several other people. An autopsy revealed that the 28-year-old entertainer died from a head injury sustained in the pool.

Campbell, who was visiting her Russian boyfriend, was asked to pay up by staff members at the Ritz-Carlton, but she reportedly told the staff that any damage should be covered by the room bill.

Don't Get Caught! - Eugene Williams, mayor of Lynwood, Ill., is leading a campaign to impose $25 fines against anyone who reveals three inches or more of their drawers. Lynwood’s new law is not the first of its kind. Just a week or so ago, Flint, Mich. said it will throw offenders in jail.

Out of Jail - Lil Scrappy was released from a Georgia jail Sunday on $1,500 bond. He was arrested Friday after he got into a fight with his sister's boyfriend. Scrappy, who was stabbed during the fight, was charged with felony marijuana possession, felony use of a weapon during a crime and other misdemeanors.

Ripped From Womb - Andrea Curry-Demus, 38, was arrested and charged this week with drugging an 18-year-old pregnant woman, cutting her baby from her womb and trying to pass the child off as her own. The body of 18-year-old Kia Johnson allegedly was found in Curry-Demus's bedroom on Friday.

Off the Hook - A federal appeals court says CBS doesn't have to pay the $550,000 indecency fine from the Federal Communications Commission for the 2004 Super Bowl halftime show when Jackson exposed her nipple during a routine with Justin Timberlake. The court says the FCC "acted arbitrarily" and didn't go by its traditional policies.

Band Member Dies - Michael Cook (first man on the left) of the legendary gospel group the Mighty Clouds of Joy has died. He was 46. Cook passed away last week from a massive coronary. Cook had been a band member for more than 20 years.

Health Issue - DMC, of Run-DMC, was scheduled to undergo surgery at a New Jersey hospital Friday to remove two major blood clots in his left arm. His publicist says he had been suffering from pain and swelling in his arm when doctors discovered the clots. She didn't know when he would be released.

Hank's Museum - The three-bedroom home where baseball legend Hank Aaron grew up with his parents and seven brothers and sisters will soon be a museum. The home, in Mobile, Ala., will be moved in October to be near Hank Aaron Stadium, home of the minor-league Mobile BayBears. The museum is expected to open in late March.
