Usain Bolt to Run in Penn Relays - Usain Bolt will run in the Penn Relays this month in Philadelphia, organizers announced on Thursday. Bolt will compete in the 4x100-meter relay as part of the USA vs. The World event on April 24. Bolt won the 100 and 200 in the 2008 Olympics and was a member of the Jamaican 4x100 team that captured the gold medal and set a world record. At the 2009 World Championships in Berlin, Bolt broke the world records he set in the 100 and 200 meters in Beijing.
