Jennifer’s Nightmare - For the third time, in a few days, Jennifer Hudson has identified the body of a family member at the Chicago City Morgue. “Yes, that is him,” Hudson said quietly when she saw the body of her 7-year-old nephew, Julian King, a spokesman for the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office said. Hudson's mother and brother were murdered last Friday.

Grisly Twist - According to the The Chicago Tribune, investigators are trying to determine if another person drove William Balfour, the suspected killer, to the West Side of Chicago after the killings at the Hudsons' South Side home. They are also looking into conflicts between Balfour and his estranged wife, Jennifer's sister Julia, and other members of the Hudson family.

Spat at a Woman? - Kansas City Chiefs running back Larry Johnson has been charged with simple assault for spitting his drink in a woman's face. Kansas City Police spokesman Darin Snapp said Johnson was charged Monday and turned himself in, later being released after posting a $500 bond.

Busted - The FBI broke up a plot this week by two neo-Nazi skinheads who "wanted to kill Obama" and shoot or behead 102 Black schoolchildren. Daniel Coward, 20, and 18-year-old Paul Schlesselman (pictured) are behind bars and charged with making threats against a presidential candidate, illegal possession of a shotgun and conspiracy to rob a gun store.

It’s Not Over! - Barack Obama told voters on Monday that that "we are one week away from changing America." The Democratic candidate, who has a sizeable lead in national polls, warned against acting as if the election is already over. McCain Madness - Angered that two Black teens allegedly tried to deface his McCain for president yard sign, this Ohio man allegedly grabbed a rifle and fired three times at the duo. Kenneth Rowles, 50, told police that he only fired warning shots and never intended to hurt anyone. However, a bullet hit one of the teens. Rowles was charged with felonious assault.

Not Again, El! - If you've been wondering “Who’s Holding DeBarge Now?” – The answer is a jail cell. El DeBarge was arrested this week for alleged possession of a controlled substance and is being held on bail in L.A. This isn't the 80s R&B star's first brush with the law. He was arrested last year for all sorts of offenses, including drugs, vandalism and domestic violence.

$5 Mil Punch? - Terrence Howard has literally been kicking @ss on Broadway. Jazz pianist Tex Allen says Howard punched him and gave him a fat lip while they were rehearsing for the 2007 Broadway Musical production "Cat on a Hot Tin Roof." Allen is suing for $5 million and claims his swollen lip made him unable to play his piano.

Jailed - Detroit's ex-Hiphip-Hop hop mayor moved to a new home this week — a 15- by- 10-foot county jail cell. A judge sentenced him to four months in jail for a sex-and-text scandal, calling him "arrogant and defiant" and questioned the sincerity of a guilty plea that ended his career at City Hall.
