Out for Blood - The family of 22-year-old Oscar Grant III wants $25 million from the Bay Area Rapid Transit Police for fatally shooting Grant at a subway station early on New Year's Day. A video of the shooting, caught on a cellphone, showed Grant fully cooperating with officers when he was killed.

Cop Killer Arrested - The cop who gunned down 22-year-old Oscar Grant III on New Year's Day was arrested and charged with murder this week. Sources say Mehserle took off after the shooting because he feared for his safety after death threats were made against him.

Not Pleased - Lil’ Kim is upset with the way she's portrayed in a new Biggie movie.  Kim says movie makers chose to paint her as a "character" rather than "a person with talent, self-respect" and the ability to succeed. Biggie's mom, Voletta Wallace, said the movie is about her late son, not Kim – and "if she's disappointed and upset, that is her problem."

Ex-‘Housewives’ Star to Divorce - On Wednesday, former NBA player Eric Snow player filed for divorce from his wife DeShawn Snow who was on the first season of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta.” The papers, filed in Georgia’s Fulton County Superior Court state that there “is no hope of reconciliation.” The two, college sweethearts, have been married for 12 years and have three sons together. Eric Snow has asked for joint custody of the children.
