New Royalty - Charles Wesley Mumbere, 56, spent years working as a nurse’s aid in the United States before recently being crowned king of the Rwenzururu Kingdom in his native Uganda. Mumbere actually inherited the title when he was 13, but traditional kingdoms were banned in 1967. Current President Yoweri Museveni brought back kingdoms to the nation, but also required that kings stay out of politics and focus on traditional responsibilities.
