Mrs. O's Monday - Monday, first lady Michelle Obama traveled to Miami, Fla., to see her Let’s Move! initiative in action! The Riverside Elementary School has been improving the quality of students’ lives by improving school nutrition, instituting school gardens, salad bars and youth recreational involvement. She’ll be joined by chefs from the Chefs Move to Schools initiative, a group of professional culinary artists who are showing schools how to use a salad bar to increase students’ nutrition.

They’re now recovering thanks to the Recovery Act.
