Zing! Obama Goes Tit for Tat on Between Two Ferns for Obamacare

President Obama takes comedic turn to push health care law.

Say what you will about the Affordable Care Act, but there's no denying how committed President Obama is to pushing his signature legislation. In an effort to urge young adults to sign up for health care, Obama appeared on the spoof Internet talk show Between Two Ferns in an episode that debuted Tuesday morning.

Comedian/actor Zach Galifianakis, who hosts the show, did not hold back just because he had the leader of the free world between the ferns.

“I wouldn’t be with you here today if I didn’t have something to plug, have you heard of the Affordable Care Act?” Obama asked.

“That’s the thing that doesn’t work?” Galifianakis quipped.

But Obama gave as good as he got. When the actor, who co-starred in the Hangover films, asked him "What's it like to be the last Black president?" he was ready.

"What's it like for this to be the last time you ever talk to a president," he retorted.

"It must kind of stink, though, that you can't run three times," Galifianakis added.

"If I ran a third time, it would be like doing a third Hangover movie," the president retorted. "It didn't really work out very well, did it?"

Other topics included the wisdom of "Ambassador" Dennis Rodman's dispatches to North Korea and "same-sex divorce."
