Keep Jobs in the U.S., Not Overseas

The White House insists Congress should attract and keep good jobs in the United States with legislation that gives companies a new 20 percent tax credit for the cost of moving their operations back to the U.S. This credit can be derived by Congress eliminating tax incentives to ship jobs overseas.
